    Bicycle Assembly/Shipping

    Bikes will ship “90% assembled”, straight from the manufacturer. This means you will need to attach the handlebars, saddle, pedals, front wheels, and a few other minor parts, as well as adjusting, tightening, and tuning. It is possible to build with moderate bicycle knowledge, however, we HIGHLY encourages all bicycles to be built by a professional. The bike will be safer and will ride drastically better when assembled and tuned properly – in other words, don’t just “throw it together”.

    No, an account is not required to check out. However when you make an account you will gain special privileges. You can view orders, check order status, and receive special promotional offers for members only.

    Most of our customers will not have to deal with sales tax. However, because we are based out of New York, our customers in the state of New York will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sorry, It's the law. All other customers will not have to worry about sales tax. :)

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.     Because all of our bike warehouses are in the United States, and the packages are so large, shipping internationally is very expensive. If this is not an issue, we might be able to ship to your country, however, you will be charge a premium for international shipping.

    Furthermore,our free shipping offer only apply to the lower 50 States of the United States. Shipments bound for Alaska and Hawaii will also incur a shipping fee.
